About These Letters:: All letters will be responded to, either online here, via e-mail, or both. It doesn't matter whether you fill in the handy-dandy boxes on the offered form, or send a personal e-mail. However, in my experience, people are either more fond of one or the other method, so both letters options are offered here. Why no "snail mail" address offered? Because while junk e-mail is easy enough to delete, junk mail itself is a pain. It's a shame that I need to refrain from any publicly posted snail-mail address at risk of being put on endless mailing lists for unsolicited mail, though that's usually what happens. Bioshock 2 Rocks! Um...? Right...? Thank you so much for your review of Bioshock 2. Did I enter some Mirror Mirror universe or is Bioshock 2 actually receiving negative reviews online? Yahtzee and his Zero P review was the worst of all, AFAIK. I agree with your review. Since when is more of the same a bad thing in a sequel! John, Australia I really do not want to invite negative mail from all the Bioshock 2 "h8ters," though I am very curious about this, too. What was it about Bioshock 2 that caused such an outcry from the trolls online? Anyone? Personally I agree with John. As I said in my review; it was great. Anyone can disagree, though. Just be civil about it and try to explain your reasons for being disappointed. 'kay?
One of Many Oscar Night Gripes Techtite Received... Look. I think Hurt Locker was a great film. Though [Best Director] Bigalow was not the best director, and Locker was not the best picture. Bigalow won because of a loophole. So many people wanted to dethrone the king of the world [James Cameron] so they would have voted for anyone else. Then they learn his ex wife is also nominated. That is the only ammunition they needed. If she had directed a romance comedy then they would have given Best Picture to a romance comedy. Anyway thanks for your review of Oscar night. It sucked though your review of it sucking was funny. George, Texas Thanks George. Apparently a lot of people were upset about Hurt Locker winning, with various people saying that Avatar was robbed, or Inglorius Basterds was robbed, or District 9 was robbed, with at least one person confessing that Up was not robbed, though it would have been cool if it won. Still Going Strong...For Now, Anyway... I notice you update your site weekly, or thereabouts. Is your site close to closing down? Because I love your YouTube vids and I would hate to see you or your site go! Trollh8ter The good news is that: for now, it looks like Techtite.com will be around for at least a few more months. However, much like every site these days that is not named "Google" or "Twitter," times are tough. Weekly updates will be kept up as much as possible, though to be honest manpower is in short supply. The good news is that thanks to this site not being a "Google" or a "Twitter," expenses are reasonable enough, though the possibility of this site being cancelled by 2011 is not unthinkable at this time. Fans of this site can show their support by buying something from any of the order links on the site. Ordering via these links to Amazon, Alienware, and the like, cost nothing additional for you yet these affiliates offer commissions for every 100 hits (or so). It hasn't worked out to much lately (I think maybe 12 people still frequent this site these days!) though every little bit helps, so if you buy from Amazon or Alienware, please click to their sites via the links you see on Techtite.com. It would really help a lot!
