My latest Two Bits for the beginning of January 2009: Welcome to the NEW"My 2 Bits!"------------------------------------------------------------------- Every new year leads to me wondering what changes need to be made for this web site. I'd base these decisions on popular demand though for the most part, people apparently feel that sending a letter might give them the plague or something. Suffice to say if you're reading this, I'd really appreciate your own 2 bits on this site, if you have the time. Thanks. But I digress. The biggest change this site needs is economical, as I'm sure is the case worldwide. The good news is that this site isn't going anywhere, anytime soon. The bad news is that anything not profitable, or at least popular, or at least fun to do, has to GO. Unfortunately this includes Techtite News...again. I really wanted this site to have its own news page though such news is available everywhere else, and what's more; it's seemingly impossible to make such news profitable. The only thing I really like to do is, a la the typical blog, comment on the news...though I can do that here. The end result is a decision that makes the most sense: a weekly My 2 Bits column, to coincide with this site's weekend updates. In short; every week I'll update this column with my thoughts on the latest happenings in entertainment and games in recent days. This requires a slightly better interface than the one now (where older editorials, which used to be only monthly, can be clicked on in a list to the right), though this update to the page should be available in just two weeks. For anyone reading this many years from now; feel free to read editorials prior to the "weekly" format, by clicking on the complete list of monthly editorials, here. As always; the current editorial is available here. Enjoy.
As Always: I'm
Techtite,
and these are My Two Bits...
