Maniac Mansion

One of the first games by George Lucas' then-"new"
game company, this game put you in control of a few kids as they
investigated a creepy mansion. Actually, the mansion wasn't that
creepy, since this game was (apparently) geared to a much younger
audience. Well, at least the mansion didn't include Ewoks! The
secrets discovered in the house were often quite inspired, including
an amusing walking tentacle creature, consisting of a single
tentacle, and nothing else. What does this tentacle creature
want most of all? To start a rock band...What else?
